eLearning at Fujairah College Campuses


This paper deals with an approach to elearning innovation diffusion at Fujairah Men’s and Women’s Colleges implemented during the 2nd semester of the 2006/07 academic year. The multipronged approach that was developed and implemented is described with reference to the literature. At the time of writing no formal assessment of the success of the project had been undertaken, however, some insights into what worked and what did not, and why, are discussed.
